What is the Dream Team?
The Dream Team is a group of incredible people that have discovered their gifts and passions and are actively serving in them. From creating a comfortable environment by serving on a Guest Services Team, to leading the next generation to Jesus by serving on a Kids' or Students' Ministries Team, to crafting a dynamic experience with the Worship Arts Team, to bringing people together by leading a Small Group, to partnering with one of the many outreach programs in our community—we are a group that forcefully advances the Kingdom of God.
Why Should You Join the Dream Team?
Achieving greatness in this life is not through leading, but through serving. When we awaken to this reality, we find meaning and spiritual energy in our lives. Luke 22:36 tells us, "Those who are the greatest among you should take the lowest rank, and the leader should be like a servant." Dream Team is our system for recruiting, training, and supporting Crosswind volunteers in serving God and our community. We believe that our church experience is elevated when we invest ourselves into what God is doing here.
We have many different serving opportunities on our Dream Team. If you are new to our church, or have been here a long time, there is a place for you to serve!
